At the end of the 10 weeks you will be ready to participate in the Snake River Tri in Lewiston on March 24th/25th, 2017. This triathlon is made up of a 500 yard pool swim, a 13 mile bike and a 2 mile run.
The only equipment you will need for this program includes: a bike (any bike will work), swim goggles, swim cap optional, and running shoes.
The Program will start the week of January 15th.

$149 for 10 weeks of custom triathlon coaching, 3 group workouts a week, a custom training plan and a quarterly pass to the Asotin County Family Aquatic Center.
